Create a By Billie account and you’re in. It’s free.
How do I earn points?
You get 5 points for every $1 you spend, plus points for signing up, writing a review, following us on Instagram and on your birthday.
How do I use my points?
Every 1,000 points is $10 off. Redeem them from the BB Club panel on our site, or at checkout, and they’ll be turned into a discount code for your order.
Can I use points on sale items?
Yes, points can be used on sale items too.
Do my points expire?
Points expire if there’s no activity on your account for 12 months. We’ll email you before they do.
How do the tiers work?
Member from $0, Insider from $300, VIP from $750 and Icon from $1,500, based on what you spend over 12 months. Each tier comes with more perks, from early access to new drops to free shipping.
What do I get on my birthday?
Bonus points worth $10 to $30, depending on your tier. Add your birthday to your account so we know when to send them.
How does refer a friend work?
Share your link from the BB Club panel. Your friend gets $10 off their first order, and you get $10 once they’ve shopped.
What happens to my points if I return something?
Points earned on returned items are removed from your balance.
Can wholesale accounts join?
BB Club is for retail customers only, so wholesale accounts aren’t eligible.
