Domestic shipping

At By Billie, we ship to all destinations within Australia and most international locations. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow the delivery of your items.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack your order. As a small team, we appreciate your patience. Note that this timeframe excludes public holidays and busy periods, such as collection launches and sales, where processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
  • Shipping Options:

    • Regular Post: AU$12 flat rate
    • Express Post: AU$16 flat rate

 Domestic orders over $250 receive free express shipping.

International

For all international customers, orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Please note that Australia Post does not consider Standard Parcels lost or delayed until they are more than 10 business days past the expected delivery date. Due to this and current delays with international shipping, we highly recommend selecting International Express for faster and more reliable service.

  • Delivery estimates are based on business days between major cities and do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Some orders may incur duties and taxes, which are applied by the destination country’s customs. Any customs duties, foreign taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • By Billie is located in a rural area of NSW, which may impact delivery times.
  • During peak periods, delivery times may vary.

Return to sender

If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to a customer error (such as providing an incorrect address, refusing the package, or failing to pay customs fees), the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order. This fee will reflect the actual cost incurred for By Billie, rather than the standard shipping rate applied during checkout.

If the parcel is returned due to an issue on our end (e.g., defective packaging or shipping label), we will cover the extra shipping to ensure the parcel reaches you.

Pre-orders

A pre-order item refers to any product available online that is currently on back-order, meaning it’s not in stock at our warehouse and will have a specified wait time, clearly indicated in the product description.

Please note that orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped once all items in the order are in stock. If you’d prefer to have the available items shipped separately, we’re happy to accommodate this with an additional shipping fee of AU$12. Please note: You must send your return within 5 days of receiving the return label, or the request will be cancelled.

Womenswear
If you change your mind, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. We gladly accept returns on full-priced items, provided they are unused, unwashed, and have the original tags attached. Once we receive your return, you can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit note.

Kidswear
For change-of-mind returns, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on full-priced items that are unused, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Once we receive your return, you can choose either an exchange or a credit note (we do not offer refunds for kidswear).

Please note: For change-of-mind returns, By Billie does not cover return shipping costs.

Faults or discrepancies
If you receive an item that is faulty, please notify us at orders@bybillie.com.au. After inspection, we will take the appropriate measures, which may include a refund or replacement.

Sale & outlet 
Items purchased on sale are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or credit notes for these items, so please choose carefully before completing your purchase. Note that this policy does not apply to purchases made with a discount code or gift card.
