All Australian orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed (between Monday - Friday). Please note the By Billie studio is located in a rural location so some shipping delays are expected.
We use Australia Post and offer both regular and express post which will need to be signed for. If no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect. Please note regular post is a flat rate of $10 and express is a flat rate of $12 Australia wide.
For all international customers, your order with be sent via Australia Post. For international delivery, please allow between 5 to 15 working days. If you wish to receive your order quicker than the time specified previously please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an express shipping quote. Please note that duties and taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs - these possible customs duties, foreign tacts and other fees are the customers responsibility.. -orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs.the responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

By Billie does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange. Please contact email@example.com with your return query so that our returns team can advise a unique returns authorisation number (ra number) & arrange for your exchange/ refund to be processed as soon as possible.
All 3rd Party Payment Refunds i.e Afterpay, Zippay and Laybuy will occur a 6% surcharge.
All sale items are final - no exchange or credit note is available.
If you wish to exchange an item it will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of contact. Items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain on the item. Please allow 5 days for the exchange to be processed where you will be issued with a credit note.
If your item is faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Please note that you will be required to return items with all tags in place. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. All sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Please note that only returns who have lodged a return request & have been issued an ra number will be accepted. By Billie does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense. We highly recommend using Australia Post registered, express or registered international post to return your items to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. By Billie is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
