SHIPPING

By Billie ships to all destinations within Australia and most countries world-wide. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel has been sent, so that you can track the delivery of your items. All orders are dispatched daily if placed before 10am. This excludes public holidays and any specified dates such as collection launches and sale periods. 

We use Australia Post and ship via regular or express post. Regular post is a flat rate of $10 and express is $14.

Pre-orders

A pre-order item constitutes any item that is online but is placed on back-order, meaning the stock is not currently in the warehouse and will have a wait time. This wait time will be specified on the product description. Any orders containing pre-order items will only be fulfilled once ALL items in the order are in stock at the warehouse. If you would like your order partially fulfilled with the available items, we are happy to oblige but will ask for the extra shipping cost of AU$10 to be covered by you.  To arrange this, please email orders@bybillie.com.au

International

For all international customers, your order will be sent via Australia Post International. Please be aware Australia Post will not deem Standard Parcels as lost or delayed until they are later than 10 business days past the expected delivery time, due to this and the current delays with the delivery of International Parcels, we recommend parcels be sent via International Express.

Please note:

  • Delivery days are between major cities and are business days so do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Duties and taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs - these possible customs duties, foreign tax and other fees are the customers responsibility.
  • By Billie is located in a rural area of NSW, this can affect delivery times.
  • During peak times delivery times may vary.

Womenswear

If you do have a change of mind please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. Once we have received your return we will issue either a refund, exchange or credit note (based on your preference).

Kidswear

If you do have a change of mind please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. Once we have received your return we will issue a credit note or exchange (we do not do refunds for kidswear). 

 

Please note, should you wish to return your items due to change of mind, By Billie does not cover shipping costs.

 

FAULTS OR DISCREPANCIES

If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via orders@bybillie.com.au where upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund or replacement.

 

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale are FINAL and we will not except any returns, exchanges or credit notes for these items. We ask you to please choose wisely before making your purchase. Please note: this does not include purchases made using a discount code or gift card.
