Domestic shipping
At By Billie, we ship to all destinations within Australia and most international locations. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow the delivery of your items.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for us to pack your order. As a small team, we appreciate your patience. Note that this timeframe excludes public holidays and busy periods, such as collection launches and sales, where processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Express shipping prioritises delivery speed once dispatched but does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

International
For all international customers, orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Please note that Australia Post does not consider Standard Parcels lost or delayed until they are more than 10 business days past the expected delivery date. Due to this and current delays with international shipping, we highly recommend selecting International Express for faster and more reliable service.

Return to sender
If a parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to a customer error (such as providing an incorrect address, refusing the package, or failing to pay customs fees), the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order. This fee will reflect the actual cost incurred for By Billie, rather than the standard shipping rate applied during checkout.
If the parcel is returned due to an issue on our end (e.g., defective packaging or shipping label), we will cover the extra shipping to ensure the parcel reaches you.
Pre-orders
A pre-order item refers to any product available online that is currently on back-order, meaning it’s not in stock at our warehouse and will have a specified wait time, clearly indicated in the product description.
Please note that orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped once all items in the order are in stock. If you’d prefer to have the available items shipped separately, we’re happy to accommodate this with an additional shipping fee of AU$12. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date your return is delivered for it to be processed, with credit notes/refunds issued and exchanges dispatched shortly after.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are requesting a refund or exchange. If you wish to receive a credit note for your return, the shipping will be free.
Returns must be sent within 5 days of receiving your return label, or the request will be cancelled.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Where a gift card has been used, the refund will be issued to the gift card first, with any remaining balance returned to the original payment method.
Womenswear
Full-priced womenswear items may be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note once received and inspected.
Kidswear
Full-priced kidswear items may be returned for exchange or credit note only. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns on kidswear.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet return conditions. Pre-order items are eligible for exchange or credit note only. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns on pre-order items.
Faults or discrepancies
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact orders@bybillie.com.au as soon as possible with photos and details. Items deemed faulty after assessment will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to assess the item before determining the appropriate remedy.
Sale & outlet
All sale and outlet items are final and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on these items.
